ITINERARY AT A GLANCE
|8:00 am||Depart from Kingston Shrine Club, (3260 Princess St. at Collins Bay Rd.) to begin our Quebec Experience! Mid morning comfort break on our way.|
|12:00 pm||Lunch stop at St. Hubert’s (like swiss chalet) in Sainte Julie (on own).|
|3:30 pm||Arrival in Quebec City and check into the Hotel Manoir Victoria.|
|5:30 pm||We will have an included welcome dinner together this evening close to the hotel.|
|7:00 pm||Return to the hotel or stroll the quaint streets of Old Quebec at your leisure.|
|7:00 am||Enjoy breakfast at your leisure at the hotel.|
|9:00 am||Board the coach and with our local guide we leave for a guided tour of Quebec City. Including the Plains of Abraham, Cape Diamond, Joan of Arc Gardens, Grade Allee, Quebec City Parliment, Place D’Armes, Place Royale, Avenue Petite Champlain and more. Our morning of touring will finish back at our hotel at approximately noon and you are free for lunch on your own.|
|2:00 pm||OPTIONAL: Meet in the lobby of the hotel and walk to Musee du Fort for an original and unique sound and light show of the 6 sieges of Quebec City, including the famous battle of the Plains of Abraham.|
|5:00 pm||We’ll board our coach and travel to a Quebec maple sugar shack for a traditional Quebec dinner and festive traditional folklore entertainment! After an enjoyable evening we will transfer back to our hotel.|
|7:00 am||Enjoy breakfast once again at the hotel.|
|9:00 am||With our local guide, we depart from the Hotel Manoir Victoria by coach and travel to the Beaupre Coast and explore the Quebec Countryside including St. Anne’s Basilica, Montmorency Falls, and the Island of Orleans. We will stop at the Albert Gilles Copper Museum and Marie’s Bread Oven, where outside there is a traditional Bread Oven over 150 years old that bakes bread daily. We’ll have lunch together at the Manoir Montmorency (former home of the Duke of Kent) at the top of Montmorency Falls, which are higher than Niagara Falls. After lunch we will return to our hotel.|
|2:00 pm||Join us for a guided tour of the residence of the Governor General. Located within the Citadelle of Quebec, the residence of the Governor General is a remarkable heritage attraction. Steeped in history, this place has been the second official residence of Canada’s Governor General since 1872. Our guide will help us discover this unique residence that offers spectacular views of the St. Lawrence River and and an exceptional collection of Canadian art, objects and furnishings.|
|3:00 pm||Join our guides for a tour of the Citadelle of Quebec and the Musee Royal 22E Regiment before returning to the Hotel Clarendon. Enjoy the remainder of the day on your own. Wander the cobblestone streets, lsiten to the buskers, shop the quaint boutiques and choose any of the delightful restaurants for an unforgettable dinner!|

|8:15 am||We will check our of our hotel and head to the Plains of Abraham.|
|9:00 am||The Observatory of the Capital is the perfect stop on our last day in Quebec City so you can have a 360 degree view of the City from 221 meters up! From the 31st floor, the expansive windows offer spectacular views of the Old City, the majestic St. Lawrence and the Laurentians.|
|10:00 am||Enjoy a friendly clash between Generals Wolfe and Montcalm. This 90 minute presentation involves a gun loading competition and military quizzes.|
|11:30 am||Free time for lunch on your own on the Grande Allee.|
|2:00 pm||Approximate departure from Quebec City. A stop for dinner (on own) will be made on the way home.|
|8:00 pm||Approximate return back to Kingston.|
