Day 1 MLT Friday, Nov 13 - Quebec City

8:00 am A warm welcome to one and all as we meet our fellow travelling companions at the Maple Leaf Lounge in the Kingston Shrine Club, 3260 Princess Street at Collins Bay Road. Come on in and check in with your Maple Leaf Tour Director before we begin our Quebec City festive holiday at the World Famous Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac! We’ll enjoy a mid morning comfort break and a lunch stop (on your own) in Saint-Hyacinthe along our way.

7:00 pm The remainder of the evening is at your leisure: wander the streets of Quebec City, to explore this historic hotel or enjoy the amenities as the hotel has an indoor heated pool with a magnificent view of the architecture of Old Quebec, a whirlpool, a steam bath and a sauna to relax. (D)

Day 2 MLT Saturday, Nov 14 - Quebec City

7:00 am Enjoy a wonderful breakfast buffet this morning in the delightful restaurant overlooking the Dufferin Terrace and the St. Lawrence River – what a way to start our day!
9:00 am Board the coach and with our historially costumed local guide as we leave for a guided tour of Quebec City. Including the Plains of Abraham, Cape Diamond, Joan of Arc Gardens, Grande Allee, Quebec City Parliament, Place D’Armes, Place Royale, Avenue Petite Champlain and more. Our morning concludes in lower town where you will have time for lunch on our own with time to browse all the quaint shops along le Petit Champlain as lower town delights in a festive atmosphere!
3:30 pm Return to our hotel to relax and freshen up before our wonderful evening ahead.
5:30 pm Meet in the lobby and we will travel by coach to a Quebec maple Sugar Shack for a traditional Quebec dinner and festive traditional folklore entertainment! After a happy and enjoyable evening we will transfer back to our hotel. (B) (D)

Day 3 MLT Sunday, Nov 15 - Quebec City

7:00 am A scrumptious breakfast awaits once again at your leisure.
9:00 am With our local period costumed guide, we depart from the Chateau Frontenac and travel to the Beaupre Coast and explore the Quebec Countryside including St. Anne’s Basilica, Montmorency Falls, Albert Gilles Copper Museum.
12:30 pm Lunch together at the Manoir Montmorency (the former home of the Duke of Kent) at the top of Montmorency Falls, which are higher than Niagara Falls. After lunch we will return to our hotel.
3:00 pm Guided tour of the Chateau Frontenac! Discover the famous characters and historical events that have shaped the identity of the Fairmont Château Frontenac over the years.
Our final evening is yours to enjoy as you wish. Wander the cobblestone streets, listen to the buskers, shop the quaint boutiques and choose any of the delightful restaurants for an unforgettable dinner! (B) (L)

Day 4 MLT Monday, Nov 16 - Home

A delighful breakfast, at your leisure, awaits once again this morning.
9:30 am It’s time to check out and begin our morning.
10:00 am Observatoire de la Capitale. Located on the 31st (and top) floor of the Marie-Guyart Building, the Observatory is the highest point in Québec City, offering a spectacular 360 degree view. It offers a new multimedia interpretation display that takes visitors on a fantastic journey through time.
12:00 pm As we enjoy an included lunch on the Grand Allee, we’ll reminisce on our wonderful Quebec City holiday at the Chateau Frontenac!
2:00 pm Approximate departure from Quebec City. A stop for dinner (on own) will be made on the way home.
