Day 1 MLT Wednesday, February 17

We’ll meet our travelling companions at the Maple Leaf Lounge at the Kingston Shrine Club, 3260 Princess Street at Collins Bay Road! We’ll depart for Toronto Pearson International Airport for our awaiting flight to Honolulu, Hawaii! We’ll stop over in Vancouver and then continue on to Honolulu. We’ll arrive on the Island of Oahu in Waikiki and our coach will be waiting to take us to our hotel, the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani! Day 2 MLT Thursday, February 18 - WAIKIKI BEACH, HAWAII

Waikiki at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani. Our first day in Honolulu will be a rest day for you to relax and catch up on your sleep and recover from the jetlag when we arrive in paradise! Take the day to enjoy the warmth of Waikiki, the beach, shopping, restaurants, relax by the pool – relax your way!

Day 3 MLT Friday, February 19 - PEARL HARBOR

Today we visit Pearl Harbor. Take a boat shuttle to the USS Arizona Memorial, a floating memorial built over the sunken hull of the Battleship USS Arizona, the final resting place for many of the ship’s crew. You’ll then tour the USS Bowfin, the submarine known as the “Pearl Harbor Avenger,” and get a close look at its torpedo room, engine room and sleeping quarters. Then you’ll have the chance to explore the decks of the 60,000-ton battleship USS Missouri. Don’t miss the Surrender Deck on “Mighty Mo,” where General MacArthur accepted the unconditional Japanese surrender that ended World War II.
This afternoon we’ll return back to Waikiki Beach and the remainder of the day is yours to do as you please! Soak up the sun, walk Waikiki beach or enjoy warm tropical breeze as you shop along Today is a free day to enjoy as you like! Take the trolley tour to Diamond Head, enjoy our amazing hotel poolside or splash in the waves of Waikiki beach! It’s your holiday – do as you wish!

Day 4 MLT Saturday, February 20 - HONOLULU, OAH

All aboard the Pride of America! This morning, we will check out and leave Waikiki Beach and the lovely Sheraton Princess Kaiulani and transfer to the Honolulu Cruise Port to the Pride of America! We’ll embark the our ship for an amazing 7-Day Hawaiian Island Cruise, a chance to journey through the rest of the islands and further explore the Aloha State in all its majesty!

Day 5 MLT Sunday, February 21 - KONA, HAWAII

The sun shines year-round on the Kona coast of the Big Island. Take a helicopter ride for views of the jagged Kohala Mountains, ride in a semi-submersible over spectacular coral reefs, or join a snorkeling excursion to Kealakekua Bay, a protected marine life refuge. Don’t forget to sample a cup of delicious Kona coffee, the local brew of choice. This part of the Big Island also is famous for its macadamia nut orchards

Day 6 MLT Monday, February 22 - HILO, HAWAII

Hilo is located on the lush, windward side of the Big Island, and it is the starting point for excursions to Kilauea Volcano. Drive around the 11-mile rim of the crater or tour the dramatic lava formations of Volcanoes National Park. View breathtaking Akaka Falls, where the water drops more than 400 feet into a pool below, or visit the Hawaii Tropical Botanical Gardens. Or, check out the views from the summit of 13,796-foot Mount Mauna Kea, the highest peak in Hawaii.

Day 7 - 8 MLT Tuesday, February 23 & Wednesday, February 24 - KAHULUI, MAUI

The second largest of the islands, Maui boasts 32 miles of beaches that are ideal for swimming, snorkeling, sea kayaking and sunning. Most ships call on Kahului, but some dock at Lahaina, which offers splendid views of the island of Lanai. The main attraction here is the Haleakala Crater, the world’s largest dormant volcano. Helicopter and bicycle tours to the crater are popular, as are snorkeling and tours of Iao Valley State Park. Having 2 days in Maui gives you time to enjoy at a leisurely pacer and enjoy the paradise that is Maui!

Day 9 - 10 MLT Thursday, February 25 & Friday, February 26 - NAWILIWILI, KAUAI

Quiet and uncrowded, the lush, green island of Kauai is known as the “Garden Isle.” It is home to spectacular cliffs and canyons. The most popular shore excursions visit Waimea Canyon (called “The Grand Canyon of the Pacific”), the Fern Grotto, the Hanalei Coast and the Na Pali cliffs. Visitors also enjoy kayaking, snorkeling, sailing and swimming. Another overnight port allows time to relax and enjoy the Big Island as you like!

Day 11 - 12 MLT Saturday, February 27 & Sunday, February 28 - OAHU-HOME

Today as our Hawaiian Island Cruise Tour comes to an end, we’ll disembark The Pride of American and board our waiting coach for a guided tour of the Island of Oahu with our local guide! We’ll start your day off with a beautiful scenic tour of O`ahu’s famous North Shore. Stop at the Dole Plantation. You’ll also see famous surf spots, including Waimea Bay, Sunset Beach and Ehukai Beach (Banzai Pipeline). After a day immersed in beauty and history, we’ll make our way to the Honolulu Airport for our overnight flight. We’ll return to Toronto where our coach will be waiting to return us home. As we complete the last let of our journey, we’ll smile and reminisce about our fabulous Hawaiian Island Cruise Tour and share the excitement of “Where will we go next?”
