Day 1 Friday, September 4 - Casino Rama

9:00 am A warm welcome as we join our travelling friends, old and new, as we begin our wonderful tour to see Celtic Thunder at Casino Rama. There will be pick ups in other locations as pre-arranged and a comfort stop will be made along the way.
12:00 pm We’ll stop in delightful Port Perry where you can enjoy lunch on your own and browse the quaint stores in this wonderful town. Don’t miss the Wee Tartan Shop that carry the finest products from the British Isles.
After lunch, we’ll continue to the Muskoka Region on our way to Gravenhurst.
2:30 pm Arrive at the Bethune Memorial House National Historic Site. Visit the birthplace of the most famous Canadian in the world, Dr. Norman Bethune. His enduring fame in China has helped to shape Canada’s reputation as a humanitarian nation. View videos and displays in English, French or Chinese, on the surgeon, medical inventor, artist and early advocate for socialized medicine. Tour the restored church manse where he was born in 1890, now a National Historic Site.
4:00 pm Arrive at Casino Rama, check and let’s freshen up before our wonderful evening
6:00 pm Together we’ll enjoy a lovely included welcome dinner at Casino Rama
9:00 pm An Intimate Evening with Celtic Thunder Casino Rama. This show promises a mix of traditional Irish folk songs, contemporary hits, and original pieces in an intimate setting.
After this wonderful performance, enjoy the evening as you wish. (D)

Day 2 Saturday, September 5 - Bobcaygeon

After a restful night, enjoy breakfast at your leisure before we being a fun filled day.
10:00 am Check out and begin our morning of visiting delights in the Kawarthas!
11:30 am We’ll visit the Bobcageon Farmers’ Market (Sat 8 -1) to enjoy the delights that await us here! Time for lunch on your own and exploring this delightful area.
2:00 pm A wonderful stop will delight us as we visit the Kawartha Dairy Bobcaygeon Head Office, Production Plant and Retail Store where you can find all of their products that await! Who can resist the delights at this cozy outpost of an enduring ice cream parlour chain dishing up classic & creative flavours.
2:30 pm After a lovely day, we’ll continue homebound and expect an early afternoon, approximately 6 pm, arrival home with happy memories. (B)
