May 12th l did the Niagara Falls casino trip for the first time, and certainly not the last time. l want to comment how enjoyable the trip was. It was Richard’s first solo trip as a guide, and l want to tell you, he is great for the job – good sense of humour, a very pleasant voice and approachable as well. The driver was super too. All in all a company which can be proud of their employees. And by the sounds of it, a great place to be employed by as well.

The bus was clean, pleasant music, nice movie and by every drop-off the friendly goodbyes were spoken with warmth. Thanks again,
